Penny is a multi-generational Australian Labradoodle. The Australian Labradoodle breed originated in the 1980s in an effort to create an allergy-friendly guide dog. Her lineage consists of generations of crossbreeding between Poodles, Labradors, and Cocker Spaniels to create the well-known and loved attributes of the Australian Labradoodle breed, including their fleece coats, high trainability, and people-oriented dispositions.

Penny is an exceptional dog meeting the breed standards of the Australian Labradoodle Association of America, with outstanding conformation and temperament. She is attentive, friendly, clever, and eager to please. Penny is as content lounging about the house and cuddling as she is bounding after a tennis ball or meeting new people. An incredibly charismatic and loving dog with an affinity for people, Penny is in the process of becoming a therapy dog, where she will interact with and bring peace and joy to individuals in hospitals, nursing homes, and similar settings.
